How do caregiver invites work?

You can invite caregivers — a partner, grandparent, or nanny — directly from the app. They'll receive a link to join and, once accepted, will be able to view and log events for your baby. You can manage or revoke access at any time from your settings.

How do I delete an event?

Tap on any logged event to open it, then use the delete option to remove it. Deleted events are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly in the app. Go to Edit Profile and select the account deletion option. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. If you need help, email us at support@getcadely.com.

Are my baby's data synced across devices?

Yes. All tracking data is stored securely in the cloud and syncs automatically across every device signed in to your account — including any caregivers you've invited.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

First, check that notifications are enabled for Cadely in your device's Settings app. If they're on but you're still not receiving alerts, try signing out and back in. Still having trouble? Reach out and we'll take a look.

You can delete your Cadely account at any time directly inside the app. Navigate to Edit Profile and follow the steps to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
